Travelzoo (Enterprise Account) is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to assist our Customer Service team on a contract basis for up to 3 months or longer at 30 to 40 hours a week. The ideal candidate will help transform existing training materials into engaging, modular learning content for our online Learning Management System (LMS). Hard Skills Required: Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: o Instructional design o E-learning development o Knowledge base creation o Training content development • Demonstrated experience converting documentation into training modules • Proficiency with at least one LMS platform • Technical writing skills You will be asked to: • Convert existing documentation and training materials into structured, bite-sized learning modules that align with adult learning principles and our organizational needs • Design and develop interactive e-learning content that maintains learner engagement while effectively conveying key concepts • Format and optimize training materials for our LMS platform, ensuring proper sequencing and knowledge retention • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of training content • Implement best practices for knowledge management and documentation You are someone who also possesses these skills: • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
