We are seeking a sharp, reliable Marketing + Project Support Assistant who can help us manage client work, light marketing tasks, reporting, and internal projects. You should be versatile — able to jump between helping with page edits, posting blogs, pulling reports, and assisting with client communications. Responsibilities: - SEO tasks (meta descriptions, alt tags, RankMath, basic on-page SEO) - Report building (SEO, Google Ads, website analytics) - Client updates + project management support - Social media scheduling + basic content repurposing Must-Have: - Strong marketing execution skills - Organized and detail-oriented - Excellent written communication skills - Comfortable with project management tools and spreadsheets Nice-to-Have: - Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM - Google Analytics and reporting - Paid ads reporting and attribution knowledge Hours: - 10-20 hours/week to start - Flexible schedule (remote)
