About the Role We are hiring a full-time Senior Amazon Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of 4–6 brands. This role requires a high level of expertise in Amazon Seller Central, strong financial and analytical skills (including working with P&Ls), and a confident, professional presence for frequent client-facing Zoom calls. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing brands through deep Amazon strategy, data-backed decisions, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the strategic lead for multiple Amazon seller accounts, overseeing listing optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory planning Build and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across all accounts to maximize efficiency and profitability Collaborate with internal creatives and SEO specialists to transform listings into high-converting, visually compelling storefronts Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth Create actionable reporting based on sales data, advertising performance, and Amazon KPIs to drive client decisions Lead regular Zoom calls with clients, presenting insights, results, and recommendations in a polished, professional manner Resolve listing errors, handle flat file uploads, and ensure smooth technical execution across Seller Central Ensure all accounts maintain compliance with Amazon’s policies and adapt strategies proactively to platform changes Own the financial success of each account, using P&L data and ROI metrics to guide strategy Qualifications Minimum 5 years of advanced, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Expertise in flat file uploads, listing error resolution, and catalog troubleshooting Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, advertising strategy, and account health metrics Ability to analyze P&Ls and translate performance metrics into clear growth strategies Comfortable speaking professionally on camera and leading client-facing Zoom meetings Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proactive problem solver who can work independently and meet deadlines Prior agency experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Healthcare reimbursement Paid time off and sick leave Opportunity to work with a highly experienced, growth-focused team Long-term career opportunity with advancement potential
