We are seeking a skilled freelance Electronics Integration Engineer to build the hardware foundation for a prototype system that unlocks a door by scanning a QR code. You will integrate and test key electronic components, including an ESP32 microcontroller, an electronic door lock, a connectivity module (cellular/Wi-Fi). You will be responsible for the physical connections, power system, and initial hardware validation. Note: I already have the mobile app (to scan the QR code on the door) and I will own the software (or firmware or however you want to call it). Key Responsibilities: 1. Physically integrate electronic components (ESP32, specified electronic lock, connectivity module, QR code scanner) based on provided specifications. 2. Design and implement a reliable 12V power distribution system. 3. Create clear wiring diagrams and interconnection documentation. 4. Perform thorough hardware testing and debugging to ensure all components function correctly. 5. Collaborate with the software development team for seamless hardware-software interaction. 6. Advise on component mounting and physical integration.
