TRNSACT is a B2B SaaS platform revolutionizing how equipment dealers and suppliers connect with financing. We're looking for a User Onboarding Designer to craft and implement an effective onboarding journey aligned with our product-led growth (PLG) strategy. This role is essential to ensuring new users activate quickly and get value from our product early on. What You'll Do: - Audit our current onboarding flow and recommend improvements - Design user journey maps and onboarding flows - Build or guide implementation of in-app onboarding using UserPilot - Collaborate with product and growth teams to increase user engagement and conversion Requirements: - Hands-on experience with UserPilot - Strong understanding of PLG strategies for B2B SaaS products - Experience designing onboarding flows for web-based platforms - Native English speaker, based in the U.S. - Portfolio or case studies required
