We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML developer or team to help integrate intelligent agent functionality into our existing app and website currently in last stages of developement, but want to incorporate some AI into it before we launch. This is an entertainment-tech product for career management. Key Deliverables: Design and deploy an AI assistant for both mobile app (iOS/Android) and web platform Assistant will serve as a helpful, informative chatbot, not personality-driven — must support: Reminders (jobs, travel time, training) Calendar management with live time + map integration Smart suggestions (prep time, potential conflicts, what to bring) Parsing scanned notices (image, PDF, screenshot, or email and populate existing fields) Response to user questions Integration with location services, Google Maps, public transit APIs OCR + GPT pipeline for notice scanning and auto-data population Expansion-friendly architecture to allow for future voice, animation, or advanced personalization App Background: Includes job logging, financial tracking, analytics, photos, videos and receipt uploads App and site currently built in Firebase with modern UI — AI layer will augment existing backend More information about specifics given if you are chosen to move forward in the process.
