I have a small 3D unity game in development working with ~10 devs across multiple time zones. I'm looking for some consulting help / best practices around the following areas. 1) Asset folder structure - there is a mix of Asset store and internally created assets/code 2) UI/Code separation. There is an obvious dependency between the UI elements and the backend code and looking for best practices to keep the code and UI maintainable. 3) multiple devs best practice. Recommendations on how to structure the scene and workflows to make merges easier with multiple devs are working on different aspects of the level. please include an estimated number of hours with your bid. I DO NOT need you to make any code/folder structure changes etc. this is not a refactor project. I simply want someone to review the current structure/workflow/merge process/scene structure etc and provide recommendations on what I should have the team pivot towards.
