The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Tele Sales / Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a crucial role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for contacting and engaging B To B prospects within the financial sector. Your primary goal is not to close deals, but to effectively qualify these prospects, understand their challenges, introduce our AI-powered solutions, and schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations for our Senior staff. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls and targeted email outreach to pre-qualified leads provided by marketing and research teams. • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their current processes, pain points, and potential interest in leveraging AI. • Ask probing questions to qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., need, budget, authority, timeline). • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead status updates. • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversations, and qualified meetings scheduled. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience (1-2+ years) in a tele sales, BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools (MS Office/Google Suite). • Comfortable making a significant volume of outbound calls daily. • A genuine curiosity and willingness to learn about AI and the intricacies of the financial markets. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience selling SaaS, technology, or data solutions. • Prior experience contacting or selling into the financial services industry • Basic understanding of financial markets • Familiarity with AI concepts or selling AI-driven products. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
