Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and operations-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to scale and streamline our operations. This person will serve as the right hand to the CEO, helping to refine systems, lead teams, and deliver top-tier performance results for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment and understands both the hospitality industry and SaaS-style service operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations across departments including revenue management, client onboarding, reporting, and performance auditing Build scalable systems and SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality Oversee and mentor team leads, ensuring all clients receive consistent and excellent service Implement KPI tracking and reporting structures for internal and client-facing transparency Assist the CEO in setting strategy and translating vision into executable plans Manage vendor relationships, software tools (e.g. PriceLabs, Beyond, PMS integrations), and automation workflows Identify opportunities to improve profitability, client retention, and operational effectiveness Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation for new operational hires Create an internal culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Qualifications: 5+ years in operations leadership roles (COO, VP of Ops, Director of Ops) in a tech-enabled or service-based company Experience with short-term rentals, hospitality, or property technology strongly preferred Proven ability to design and implement systems that scale Strong leadership and communication skills with remote teams Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and pricing platforms (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond) Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented Bonus: Experience with revenue management, data reporting, or client success in B2B services Why Join Us?
