Here’s where you come in: We’re seeking a Technology Auditor with world-class expertise and at least a decade of experience in CRM and high-volume outbound sales technology to evaluate our current tech stack. You will assess our systems and provide a detailed analysis of how we compare to larger outbound sales organizations. Your goal will be to identify areas where we can optimize our technology and processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and results. What we’re looking for: We’re searching for a seasoned integrator who has: A minimum of 10 years of experience with CRM and sales tech stacks for outbound teams. Deep knowledge of Salesforce and other major CRM platforms. Expertise with communication tools like Aircall and SMS platforms like Haymarket (or similar). Broad, proven Expertise with outbound call connectivity, CallerID reputation, and voicemail best practices. Deep expertise of SMS deliverability, sender reputation, and best practices. A proven track record of conducting comprehensive audits and delivering actionable insights. Familiarity with outbound sales operations at scale in larger organizations. Here’s what you’ll do: Conduct a comprehensive audit of our current outbound tech stack. Benchmark our tools and processes against those used by larger sales organizations. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend tools, configurations, or workflows to elevate our outbound sales effectiveness.
