Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within the railroad industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients within the railroad industry to generate new leads and opportunities. Nurture existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing our products and services. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the railroad or transportation industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
