I operate Austin Rental Boats. I use a booking system called Fareharbor. I collect customers information for the initial booking. Then their friends who are joining them will all sign waivers entering their email and phone number using a Smartwaiver and Fareharbor integration. I'm wanting to set up an automated Text and Email for each customer. I'll be sending them a text with a Bitly link "Psst: The Captain gets $5 for each review. "Add Review Link"" And sending out an email as well. Mailchimp or something similar. What you'll need and I can help get is an API and webhook from FareHarbor & our FareHarbor waivers. Using Zapier and probably a google sheet, you can set up a way that new waivers that are signed, pull information into a spreadsheet and then to Twillo and Email Service. For different Fareharbor "items" I'll have a set time after the rental start time that the emails and texts will go out. I'll need you to make the connections. I can loop you in an email with Fareharbor for their API keys. You wont need to design the email or any graphics. Just setting up the connection so that it is automated. Texting through Twillow and Emails through some provider. Probably Mailchimp I've had this setup a long time ago and I want to get it setup again.
