Power Automate Developer – SPARC: Automated SharePoint Folder & Shortcut Generator

$45.00
Hourly: $45.00 - $70.00

SPARC: SharePoint Active Resource Connector Short Description: Dynamic National needs to streamline document management for active CRM Projects by automating the creation of a standardized folder hierarchy in each business unit’s SharePoint site and generating shortcut links back to the CRM storage location. Background: Currently, project folders and links are created and maintained manually, leading to inconsistencies, permission errors, and extra overhead. SPARC will enforce a single source of truth (CRM) while giving project managers easy access to all related documents via SharePoint. Objectives: When a CRM Project record is activated, auto‑provision a predefined folder structure in the appropriate SharePoint site. Generate “shortcut” link files in a central “Active Projects” library that point back to the CRM document location. On Project closure, remove only the shortcut links (leaving actual files intact in CRM/SharePoint). Enforce correct permissions inheritance on all new folders and links. Notify stakeholders of successes and handle errors (e.g., missing permissions, bad data).
