You will be functionally embedded with the teams you support, and work with cross-functional stakeholders on their behalf, to help them achieve their business outcomes. Our PBP team is world class and has historically delivered outsized service and outcomes. We’re looking for the most thoughtful, practical, and business-minded BPs to join the team and maintain/raise the bar! This role reports directly to the Head of People Business Partners. What you’ll do as a Director, People Business Partners • Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant and coach to senior leaders across the Revenue organization, including our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the global Revenue leaders • Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global Revenue team members at all levels • Provide support, guidance and thought leadership on areas such as performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, manager development, etc. • Partner with your leaders to foster and drive a high-performance culture and environment, driving initiatives that improve employee performance, engagement and retention • Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business • Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies • Drive the project management and execution of critical People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys • Hire and lead a team of People Business Partners to support our growing Revenue organization, including PBPs in EMEA and APAC How to be successful in this role: • 10+ years of experience as a PBP supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment; experience with working with a global Revenue organization is highly preferred • 5+ years of people leadership experience preferred • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate business needs into people initiatives and strategy • Strong expertise in HR practices and best practices, and has knowledge of emerging trends • Strong business acumen and insatiable curiosity to learn how the business and your client groups operate • Highly solutions oriented with demonstrated strong judgment. Can proactively guide leaders through difficult decision making and challenges. • Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced and thoughtful approach to building trust across all levels of the organization • Creativity and grit to skillfully solve problems and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations • Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate key insights, getting resourceful when data might not be readily available • A demonstrated track record of bias for action, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
