Our outdoor inspired apparel brand is struggling significantly to scale new product lines in Meta Ads due to severe pixel bias toward one historically successful product (well over 1000 sales). This isn't your typical "help us with Meta ads" request. Here's our situation: We've got one wildly successful shirt design (2000+ sales, well over 99% of our tracked revenue) that's essentially hijacked our Meta pixel. While that's great for immediate revenue, it's created a serious problem: Meta now thinks our entire brand is meant for the 60+ demographic, when we actually serve a much different outdoor community - younger adventurers. Despite every strategy imaginable—split pixels/accounts, detailed audience stacking, Advantage+ variations—we’re trapped by past purchase patterns, limiting growth and effectiveness. Essentially, Meta only wants to sell to this audience (over 60), which is not the ideal one. What we more than likely don't need: Creative development (we've got this dialed in) Ad copy help (our AI tools and in-house capabilities are solid) Basic campaign management What we DO need: Technical expertise to diagnose if our pixel is salvageable or if we need a fresh start Help implementing proper any type of GTM Server-Side/CAPI tracking (currently hitting walls with Shopify's checkout restrictions) Strategy for breaking out of this algorithmic box - if it's even possible We're not looking to abandon what works, but we need to expand beyond it. Implementation of multiple accounts, pixels, product sets, and partial 'winning product vs. all other products' hasn't yielded anything productive.
