We are looking to bring on an amazing setter/phoner onto our team team to help with setting appointments! A bit more about the business: LeadEngine is a "done for you" service that utilizes LinkedIn to book meetings on our clients calendars. Our clients are 100% Financial Advisors (think: Northwestern Mutual, New York Life, LPL, RIAs, etc.) Specifically, we get their login info, we craft messages to send cold DMs to prospects, and when they agree, we respond back (via linkedin or phone calls) to get them on the calendar. DETAILS: -- Full time role. Base + commission opportunity -- Fully remote -- Will be working for multiple advisors and using LinkedIn / calling to book meetings. REQUIREMENTS: -- You MUST have experience setting appointments already. Specifically for advisors -- You MUST be a NATIVE english speaker -- You also must be willing to log all conversations in our CRM system (aka be detail oriented) -- Must be willing to call / email / text (I can provide you a phone or Google Voice numnber so you're not using your personal number) -- Must be heart-forward -- We're in sales, but we are in the PEOPLE business first. -- Must be able to think on your feet & be self motivated, and autonomous! -- Must be detail oriented, dedicated, and structured in your outreaches IMPORTANT!!
