We are Garby Disposal Services, a fast-growing residential trash collection company based in Northern Virginia. We’re looking for an experienced Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Consultant to assist us in recruiting, vetting, and preparing a top-performing D2D sales team. This is a 1099 role and the ideal candidate has experience building or scaling a D2D team for services like solar, pest control, alarms, or telecom. We’re considering flying reps in from outside the area (e.g., Utah or other D2D-heavy regions), and need someone who has done this before and can help us execute smoothly. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Help us build a recruiting funnel for commission-only D2D reps (1099) • Advise on where and how to recruit top D2D talent (colleges, networks, job boards, etc.) • Assist with screening applicants (interview criteria, red flags, etc.) • Help craft training and onboarding processes for fast ramp-up • Provide insight on compensation models that motivate reps without hurting cash flow • Advise on housing/travel logistics if we bring in reps from out of state • Suggest CRM or tools for tracking rep performance and scheduling areas ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience building or scaling door-to-door sales teams • Understanding of commission-based compensation structures • Familiarity with summer sales programs, especially in Utah or similar markets • Strong communication and organizational skills • Must be available to consult over Zoom and collaborate during EST hours ⸻ Nice to Have: • Experience in waste collection, solar, pest control, alarms, or telecom • Access to a network of active D2D reps • Knowledge of legal/permit requirements in Virginia ⸻ Why Work With Us: You’ll be helping build something real and essential—trash collection is a recurring service with massive local potential.
