This is a remote, contract position offering $20/hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central Time. About The Institute: At The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our Members. Our team ensures that every Member receives the guidance, resources, and personalized attention they need to maximize their experience. About the Role: As a Member Success Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our members, engaging with them via phone, email, and virtual meetings. You will guide prospective members through the benefits of membership, conduct one-on-one virtual sessions, and provide high-touch, personalized service to ensure member satisfaction and retention. Your role will also involve troubleshooting member inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing members to boost engagement and provide additional support. About You: Our preferred candidate would have at least 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a membership-based organization, hospitality, or luxury service industry. You should be an excellent communicator who thrives on meaningful conversations, active listening, and problem-solving. Being highly organized and detail-oriented is crucial, as is being tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools. We value adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, resilience, and effective time management are also important for this role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role or similar. Background in membership organizations, luxury services, or hospitality. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Previous experience handling inbound inquiries and membership sales conversations. Why Join Us?
