**Job Description: Go-to-Market Consultant for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Brand Launch** We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced go-to-market consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in launching our innovative Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand. This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your strategic insights and market knowledge will directly impact the success of our brand in the marketplace. **Key Responsibilities:** As our go-to-market consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive go-to-market plan tailored to our brand’s unique offerings and target audience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. **Market Analysis:** - Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the CPG sector. - Analyze data to uncover actionable insights that will inform our product development and marketing strategies. - Assess potential market opportunities and threats, providing strategic recommendations based on your findings. 2. **Product Positioning:** - Collaborate with our product development team to define and articulate the brand's value proposition and unique selling points. - Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with our target demographics, ensuring that our brand stands out in a crowded marketplace. - Create positioning statements and messaging frameworks that will guide all marketing and promotional efforts. 3. **Operational Set up ** -Research all aspects of permitting, FDA labeling compliance , logistics, infrastructure needs. - Research commercial kitchens, warehousing -Health Department/State Department of Agriculture License - Shelf live and storing requirements - Process Authority Approval 4. **Go-to-Market Planning:** - Create a comprehensive go-to-market plan that outlines key strategies, objectives, and timelines for our brand launch. - Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of the go-to-market strategy. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the go-to-market plan, making adjustments as necessary based on performance metrics and market feedback. 5. **Collaboration and Communication:** - Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and insights related to the launch. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to engage team members and encourage innovative thinking around our brand strategy. - Communicate clearly and effectively with external partners, ensuring a cohesive approach to market entry. **Qualifications:** The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, particularly within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. - Proven track record of successfully launching CPG brands, with measurable results in market penetration and brand awareness. - Strong analytical skills and experience with market research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity in brand strategy.
