As we grow our brand and expand globally, we are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Document Assistant to support our operations, contracts, and compliance processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the structure, accuracy, and legal integrity of our internal and external documentation. Position Overview: The Legal Document Assistant will be responsible for managing, organizing, and preparing essential legal and corporate documents. This individual will work closely with leadership, third-party counsel, contractors, and partners to support contract management, intellectual property filings, NDAs, vendor agreements, and more. This is an ideal position for someone with strong organizational skills, impeccable discretion, and familiarity with legal processes in fashion, business, and IP.
