Job Description: Blue Reef Networks is seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience using HubSpot CRM and Seamless.AI to identify, engage, and schedule appointments with potential clients. You’ll play a key role in expanding our telecom and IT services business by driving top-of-funnel outreach and ensuring our sales team is consistently booked with qualified meetings. Key Responsibilities: Use Seamless.AI to research and build targeted lead lists. Manage all outreach and follow-up through HubSpot CRM. Make initial contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging. Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team. Track all activity and maintain detailed notes in HubSpot. Meet weekly targets for outreach volume and appointments booked. Qualifications: Proven experience as an appointment setter or inside sales rep. Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM. Hands-on experience with Seamless.AI. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Telecom, IT services, or MSP experience is a plus. Hours & Compensation: Part-time, flexible hours.
