We’re hiring a part-time short form Creative Project Manager to support a creator (roux.tv on TikTok) with sharp, viral short-form content. The role centers around ideating short form content that lean into general virality, entertaining character parody work (specifically Donna from Suits), and messaging that resonates with both male gaze formats and “for the girlies” talk-to-camera moments. We're launching a new TikTok channel dedicated to the “Donna” character, while the main channel will debut a new serialized content format. You’ll be involved in both — including brainstorming content that could ladder into platform growth. Responsibilities: Pitch weekly content ideas across: Viral Male Gaze formats “Donna-from-Suits” character content (for the new channel) Serialized or story-driven TikToks (for the main channel) Talk-to-camera content for the female audience Concept visuals for Reels and image-based content Stay responsive in group chats (within 1 business day), join occasional quick calls Send weekly check-in/update notes Content Focus: You’ll help craft content that blends visual appeal and confidence — mixing male gaze energy, character-driven sharpness, and relatable storytelling. Think confident, flirtatious, in control.
