We’re looking for a Fractional Recruiter to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis to support hiring across our family of companies: • Attorney Assistant • Turn Key Ops • Ethen Ostroff Law • Elevus Our companies span legal tech, law firm operations, and professional services. We typically hire for 1–2 roles per month, ranging from legal support staff to operations, sales, and client success roles. ✅ Responsibilities: • Work with our leadership team to understand hiring needs and define job descriptions • Post positions on relevant job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) • Source and screen candidates based on role-specific criteria • Conduct initial video interviews • Present top candidates with summaries and recommendations • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule final interviews • Maintain basic applicant tracking documentation or use our internal tools
