Headshot Photographer
The American Public Works Association (APWA), a non-profit organization, is seeking a professional photographer to provide headshot services at an upcoming member event. The event will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the outdoor patio of a restaurant in Seal Beach, CA. A maximum of 70 members are expected to attend. The selected photographer will be responsible for setting up a headshot station with appropriate lighting and a neutral backdrop that takes up minimal space on the patio. Setup should be completed prior to the start of the event. After the event, all edited photos—featuring minor retouching such as color correction—must be delivered in a centralized online folder (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox) for APWA to distribute to its members.
