You’ll be responsible for watching or reviewing podcast episodes, identifying compelling moments (funny, emotional, insightful, or controversial), and turning them into short-form video highlights—aka sizzle reels. These clips should be attention-grabbing within the first 3 seconds, include captions, and be formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Your main tasks will include: Reviewing podcast episodes and identifying 2–4 highlight moments per episode Editing clips into 30–90 second vertical videos Adding captions, sound effects, music, or trending audio as needed Ensuring hooks are strong and edits are fast-paced to retain viewer attention Formatting the video correctly for each platform Posting/scheduling the clips with relevant hashtags and optimized captions The goal is to repurpose podcast content to grow reach, increase engagement, and drive listeners back to the full episode.
