Audio only Podcast editing/sound engineer/processing

Audio editing and processing for ongoing audio-only podcast. Each episode about 1 hour long, with 2 main speakers, and occasionally a live caller asks a question. Topic is energy healing. Looking for someone to: - Normalize the sound (both my guest and I have a habit of trailing off last few words in a sentence would like those to be matched to volume of first part of sentence - also some times speakers will speak very lightly when they are doing a group healing process). - Removing any background noise clicks pops there isn't a lot of that - make sound a bit crisper as if in studio but not changing the sound of our voices, i've tried AI like Studio Sound in Descript but very much of it and I don't recognize my own voice. - removal of most filler words, but not ALL of them, should have some natural quality. - removal of some gaps, but most of those are intentional, so we'd have to discuss. - going back through and making sure words around removed words still sound correct not weird /chopped off transitions - minimal rearranging or editing out of chunks, I will let you know on that. - transcription - subtitle export file in ttml may need to convert from srt and review so can go in our wordpress audio player that shows captions. Most importantly you listen to the whole thing for both audio quality AND sense. Would prefer someone with an affinity or interest in energy healing. The podcast is recorded with live audience at 4pm ET on either Monday or Tuesday and would need processing directly after that. There will be some other audio editing to do, but with more leeway on time. I'd like to know what software you have experience with that you will recommend.
