Kajabi VA Needed – Welcome Email Sequence Setup, Strategy & Branding
I’m looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with Kajabi experience to consult and assist with setting up our welcome email sequence. I’ll provide the content, but I’d love your strategic input on the email flow and structure. I'd also like help creating a branded email header that aligns with our overall look and feel. Responsibilities: Consult on the flow and structure of the new welcome email sequence Provide feedback on content from a strategy and engagement perspective Create a clean, professional branded email header for Kajabi emails Set up and optimize the email sequence in Kajabi Build and test automations to ensure proper delivery and tagging Ensure smooth integration with opt-ins and offers Troubleshoot and confirm everything is functioning correctly Requirements: Solid Kajabi experience (email sequences, automations, design elements) Understanding of email marketing strategy and user experience Basic design skills for branding and layout Strong attention to detail and clear communication This is a short-term project with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
