3D Rendering of BoxSeats Sponsor Pavilion Concept
Project Overview We are seeking a skilled 3D visualization artist to create photorealistic renderings of our innovative BoxSeats Sponsor Pavilion concept. BoxSeats is a sports entertainment company that creates premium viewing experiences using modified shipping containers. We're developing a flagship pavilion that will showcase both our viewing experience and our partners' products in Frisco, Texas. Project Details We need high-quality renderings that visualize our flagship pavilion concept, which combines multiple BoxSeats shipping container units in a community-style setting with shared outdoor space. Key Elements to Include: Multiple BoxSeats Units: 6-10 modified 20-foot shipping containers with side openings, arranged in a park-like atmosphere Partner Product Integration: Hellas Construction premium turf in outdoor areas Court Furniture premium seating inside and outside containers JBL Audio systems visible inside containers Planar LED Video Walls showing sports content Outdoor Social Space: Central gathering area with additional seating, landscaping, and possibly a small bar/refreshment area Branding Elements: BoxSeats and partner branding tastefully integrated throughout the pavilion People: Include people in the renderings to show scale and the social nature of the experience Deliverables 3-5 high-resolution (4K minimum) rendered images showing: Aerial/overview of the entire pavilion layout Interior view of at least one BoxSeats container during a viewing experience Exterior view showing the relationship between containers and shared space Detail views highlighting partner products in use One simple flythrough animation (15-30 seconds) showing the pavilion concept Source files of all renderings Technical Requirements Detailed, photorealistic rendering style Proper lighting to show both day and evening usage scenarios Accurate representation of the BoxSeats container specifications (20' length × 8' width × 8'6" height) Professional composition that highlights both the viewing experience and partner products Experience with architectural visualization preferred view our website for current renderings and inspiration www.boxseats.info
