Chemist/Manufacturing Expert Needed For Laundry Cleaner Company

I am looking for a chemist or someone with specific manufacturing experience in the laundry cleaners space. We are looking to launch an additional portfolio brand to our company that focus on natural ingredient based dishwasher pods/detergent and laundry detergents primarily. Also interested in natural based stain removers (for clothes), household general spray cleaners and hand soap. I need someone to help me find a high quality USA based manufacturer and make sure we are using formulations that have natural ingredients that are also effective.
