I’m the owner of a small chain of five barbershops located across San Francisco, Oakland, and San Mateo, CA. We’re currently seeking on-site HR support from an experienced professional or firm who can assist us directly at our shop locations. Our company works with ADP as our PEO provider. ADP handles payroll, benefits, compliance, remote HR support, and legal resources for us. However, we are looking to add an individual who can provide in-person HR support for key areas where remote help isn’t enough on an "as needed" basis. Specifically, we need on-site assistance with: Conflict resolution and employee relations Workplace investigations Disciplinary procedures Onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with CA labor laws General HR support as needed at our locations We’d prefer someone who is flexible, experienced with small businesses, and knowledgeable in California HR compliance. Some remote support is fine, but in-person presence at our locations is essential when issues arise.
