Amici Painting & Remodeling is a Montclair-based residential painting and home remodeling company. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and personable individual to help grow our presence and generate leads by managing activity in local Facebook groups. 1-3 month contract and can go full-time afterwards with raise. This is a great role for somebody sales savvy with social media, that is friendly and resourceful, and responds quickly. Your Role: -Join and monitor local NJ/Essex/Montclair-area Facebook groups -Reply quickly to posts looking for painters or remodelers -Post before/after photos and short job recaps (we’ll provide content) -Share posts from our business page to groups (tastefully, non-spammy) -Track leads, questions, and comments weekly Requirements: -Active Facebook user with good understanding of group etiquette -Local NJ/NY familiarity preferred -Fluent, friendly English writing style -Must be reliable and responsive Time: ~3–7 hours/week (flexible)
