Position Overview: We’re looking for a talented and reliable Digital Marketing & Advertising Coordinator to oversee all aspects of digital and print marketing. This role includes creating and managing social media content, designing print and digital ads, setting up Meta & Google Ads, and tracking campaign performance to help us grow while staying consistent with our established brand voice and aesthetic. Responsibilities: Plan and schedule weekly content across Instagram and Facebook Design and manage Google Ads campaigns (including keyword strategy, budget, and A/B testing) Create occasional print materials (flyers, postcards, signage) for in-clinic promotions Maintain consistency with brand tone, imagery, and messaging Monitor and report monthly on analytics, ad performance, and engagement metrics Collaborate with clinic owner on seasonal promotions and product/service campaigns Provide creative input and ideas that align with our goals and local market Requirements: 2+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare industry Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong writing skills and attention to detail (brand tone is a must!) Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and pivot as needed Bonus: Experience with FloDesk, Mailchimp, SEO, or light copywriting for email/website/blog Hours & Pay: Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 5–10 hours/week to start) Pay based on experience, with room to grow
