I’m looking for a motivated, articulate professional to help conduct interviews with mortgage loan officer candidates. This role is less about traditional interviewing and more about delivering a compelling sales pitch to attract top talent to our company. All candidates are pre-booked via Indeed—no cold calling is required. You’ll be provided with a full script, FAQs, and key talking points. Your job is to confidently guide each phone conversation, ask a few qualifying questions, and passionately present our opportunity.
