About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Social Media Advertising Manager to lead and execute paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. This person will be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing performance, and reporting on results to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and manage paid social media advertising strategies across various platforms. Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and other KPIs. Conduct A/B testing on creative, audiences, and placements to continually improve performance. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content, including copy and visuals. Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (organic social, content, email, and web) to ensure consistent messaging. Manage ad budgets, forecasting, and spend pacing to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in paid social media advertising. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong copywriting and creative direction abilities. Excellent project management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience successfully running campaigns for brand awareness, engagement and building followers. Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar platforms. Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
