Searching for a messaging and copywriting specialist with the heart of a teacher, to serve wedding professionals in a group coaching program. Your objective will be to teach twice-weekly group coaching sessions, where you will guide clients to identify and develop their unique emotionally-driven marketing and sales language. You will also have additional one-on-one coaching opportunities each week with clients to help them further refine their messaging and how to apply it throughout their marketing. Ideally, your skills will include: - Messaging knowledge and expertise that aligns with Donald Miller’s frameworks - Content creation that helps clients move leads further down their sales funnel - Lead generation experience / knowledge (Meta and/or Google ads creation and management, etc.) - Intermediate-level SEO / blog content creation knowledge - Digital marketing experience / knowledge - Ability to encourage and direct clients in both individual and small-group settings (20 people or less) - Time management skills to guide students effectively yet efficiently through weekly class sessions Bonus points for: - Previous marketing experience within the online coaching space - Experience within the wedding industry - Full-time availability as you grow in the position - Social media savvy - Positive attitude and collaborative spirit - United States resident in Eastern or Central time zones Book More Brides is the wedding industry's game-changer. Compensation: Depending on your skill set, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 hours weekly with the opportunity to work more if you can help with the company ad accounts and marketing activities. Beginning hourly rate from $30-$45/hr based on experience.
