Social Media Coordinator for Event Production Company + Venues

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support our growing family of brands, including Pavilion 360 Event Solutions, and three venues. We specialize in venue management, event production, and experiential marketing. You’ll play a critical role in building our online presence, attracting new clients, and showcasing the unique stories and experiences we create. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) Curate and post behind-the-scenes content from events and venue tours Support branded campaigns and announcements (concerts, corporate events, weddings, etc.) Respond to comments and DMs in a professional and friendly tone Maintain a consistent voice and look across platforms Collaborate with our design and marketing team as needed Track and report engagement and follower growth Occasionally update website event listings or blog content Ideal Candidate: Experience managing social media for event venues, hospitality, or entertainment brands Strong copywriting and content creation skills Familiar with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite) Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and pivot as needed Local to Indianapolis is a plus, but remote candidates are welcome to apply Bonus if you have graphic design or short-form video editing skills Time Commitment: ~10–15 hours/week to start, with opportunity to grow Flexible hours; must be responsive during key campaign moments and event windows
