We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our email campaigns via Mailchimp. We’re a mission-driven specialty coffee company, and we’re seeking someone who understands branding, design alignment, and knows how to turn emails into community and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: • Manage our Mailchimp account and ensure subscriber lists are clean and up to date • Import designs from Figma and implement them perfectly in Mailchimp • Create visually compelling and well-written campaigns that align with our brand tone • Schedule and monitor campaigns based on key product launches and marketing calendar • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions • Bonus: Use email campaigns as a channel to generate qualified leads and new subscribers Requirements: • Proven experience working with Mailchimp (please share examples of campaigns you’ve built) • Ability to work with Figma designs and translate them into polished, responsive emails • Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to layout and formatting • Clear written communication skills and basic copywriting know-how • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing • Bonus: Experience in lead generation and subscriber growth through email To apply, please include: • A short introduction telling us why you’re the right fit • Samples of email campaigns or flows you’ve built • Any experience you have working with purpose-driven or consumer product brands Looking forward to hearing from you!
