We’re a growing small business seeking a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to take the lead on content creation, platform management, and audience engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in social media who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Responsibilities include: - Creating and publishing engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok - Managing and optimizing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Monitoring and responding to comments, DMs, and community engagement - Posting consistently and aligning with our brand voice and goals - Adapting quickly to the unique needs and vision of our company What we’re looking for: - Prior experience in social media marketing and management (minimum 2 years preferred) - Strong creative and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision - A genuine interest in customer service and digital storytelling This is a long-term, ongoing role with approximately 20 hours/week of consistent work.
