I'm looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support both marketing tasks and day-to-day operations. This is a part-time, project-based role with long-term potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling and publishing content on social media Help manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters Organize and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents Handle basic customer service and email follow-ups Conduct light research for marketing and business development Support scheduling, meeting prep, and other admin tasks Requirements: Based in New York or anywhere in the U.S. 1+ year experience in marketing and/or administrative roles Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Pay: $15–$17/hour depending on experience Flexible hours with opportunity to grow Looking forward to finding someone dependable who’s ready to grow with the team!
