We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a Meta Ads Strategist and Campaign Manager to support a wide variety of ongoing tasks related to paid advertising and marketing operations. If you're a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and can execute with minimal handholding, this role is for you. You’ll work directly with me each week — I’ll assign a range of tasks, provide context, and expect you to take ownership. The work varies, but everything ties into paid ad strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Meta ad strategies aligned with business goals. Create ad creatives using provided brand materials or collaborate with AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm compelling copy and visuals. Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Monitor and optimize performance, adjusting audiences, budgets, and creatives based on results. Deliver weekly performance reports with strategic insights. Complete assigned checklists related to campaign maintenance and tracking. Follow up on lead generation processes, ensuring smooth tracking via tools like Zapier or email notifications. Participate in regular strategy planning sessions for both internal and external campaigns. Support new campaign onboarding and ensure new workflows are executed properly. What to Expect I’ll assign work on a weekly basis — your responsibilities may shift depending on current priorities. Some weeks may focus on strategy, others on launching new campaigns, optimizing existing ones, or creating new ad creatives. You’re expected to handle whatever’s needed across the paid ad ecosystem — I’ll provide context and direction, and you’ll run with it. Ideal Candidate Strong experience running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). Confident in ad creative strategy, not just execution. Able to handle light reporting and performance analysis. Comfortable working with task/project tools like ClickUp and Slack. Organized, proactive, and a strong communicator. Able to self-manage and pivot priorities week to week. Bonus Skills (not required but helpful) Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and other basic automations. Experience assisting with onboarding workflows. Copywriting or creative direction experience. Understanding of performance marketing and KPIs.
