Role Overview We are seeking a Creative Growth Strategist who will collaborate closely with our Operations Growth Strategist to deliver impactful, visionary strategies for our clients. This person will be the driving creative force behind the development and execution of client campaigns, aligning creative direction with growth objectives. You will be responsible for crafting and guiding cohesive brand strategies that resonate with wellness-focused female entrepreneurs and their ideal audiences online. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive audits of client brand identity, voice, and digital presence (website, social, content). Develop and deliver creative growth strategies tailored to the wellness industry, ensuring alignment with each client’s unique goals and brand. Collaborate with clients to ideate and design: Website and social media optimizations Lead magnets, email sequences, and automated funnels Landing pages and conversion-focused assets Social media campaigns and content strategies Lead strategic vision across marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency, visual appeal, and effective communication. Provide clear creative direction to the implementation team (designers, copywriters, tech assistants). Regularly meet with the Client Success Manager to update on progress, address challenges, and ensure milestones are met. Maintain a pulse on industry trends in wellness, branding, and digital marketing to keep client strategies fresh and competitive. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand development, or digital marketing. Proven experience working with women-led brands in the wellness, coaching, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred. Strong understanding of brand storytelling, visual branding, and user experience (UX) principles. Proficiency in crafting high-converting creative assets (lead magnets, email sequences, landing pages, etc.). Familiarity with tools like Canva, Go High Level, Notion, Flodesk/Klaviyo, Showit, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace or similar platforms. Experience working with a team for implementation. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire both clients and team members. Confident in client-facing roles, able to present and defend strategy with clarity and enthusiasm.
