We're looking for a Social Media Manager to handle organic execution across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for a localized enrollment campaign for a childcare center in East Harlem, NYC. You'll take existing video content (already shot), break it into Reels/TikToks/stories, write captions, and schedule posts to align with the paid ad strategy. Responsibilities: Cut and reformat short-form content for each platform Write compelling captions + CTAs Schedule daily/weekly content using Buffer or similar Monitor engagement and comments (light) Ideal Background: Experience in parenting/education content TikTok + IG formatting skills Familiar with brand voice + tone guidelines Timeline: May–August 2025 Budget: $800–$1,200/mo (negotiable)
