Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Assistant – Holistic Wellness & Non-Toxic Living Location: San Diego, CA (Local applicants preferred) About Me: I'm a holistic wellness and non-toxic living content creator with over 120K engaged followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. My content focuses on chronic illness, skin and gut health, autoimmune conditions, and sustainable living. As I expand my brand and launch my own wellness business, I'm seeking a dedicated Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow my YouTube and Instagram platforms. Role Overview: This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for someone passionate about wellness and skilled in social media management. You'll collaborate closely with me to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence and help to build my personal brand and online presence. I'm specifically looking for someone that I can trust to handle my very large backlog of holistic wellness videos & post them to my smaller YouTube & Instagram channels, and someone that has experience growing social media accounts. This would involve me sending you thousands of [backlog] videos with the goal of supporting my social media growth & personal brand 20 hours a week. I'm thinking of going about 8 months back and I'll need someone to slowly post videos in chronological order using the appropriate trending hashtags for each posts. I don't have the time between growing and managing 2 larger TikTok accounts and starting my small business! I'd like to maintain consistency across all my social media platforms and I'd love to see my YouTube and Instagram accounts grow with your support. We'd be working closely together for a long term period. This requires me to trust someone with my IG and YT log ins & protecting and respecting my personal brand! Time Expectations: part time - 20 hours/week Growth Goals: Significant Social Media Growth focused on my YT channel & IG account each month Additional Accounts that I manage: My main holistic wellness account is steadily growing and currently at 111K followers (@kristinaaaaelise), with my backup TikTok account just below 5K followers (@kristinasholisticlife). I’ll continue to manage these. My IG account has almost 2K followers (@kristinasholisticlife) and my YT account (@kristinasholisticlife) is in last place at 122 subscribers. I may have only 5 videos on my channel currently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule content for Instagram and YouTube, including posts, stories, reels, and shorts. Use proper hashtags and tag the brands accordingly. You'll be repurposing videos that I've already edited. Little to no editing expected or asked for in this role. Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas aligned with brand values. Assist in repurposing TikTok content for other platforms. I will send you pre-edited videos. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram and YouTube. Strong understanding of wellness, non-toxic living, and related communities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule. Compensation: Pay is flexible and commensurate with experience.
