We’re looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage from creators into polished, engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll be expected to post around 3 times a day on each platform, maintaining a steady flow of fresh, eye-catching videos. Key Responsibilities: Edit and cut creator-provided footage for maximum impact Add trending music, captions, and side footage to enhance content Optimize videos for platform-specific formats and audience preferences Stay up-to-date with current trends, sounds, and viral formats Manage and schedule posts (3 times a day per platform) Track and analyze content performance to refine strategies Requirements: Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut) Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content formats Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Basic understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement Perks: Flexible work environment Opportunity to work with trending creators Creative freedom to experiment with new ideas and formats
