LPN Job description and Tasks: This is NOT a virtual assistant, must be located in Los Angeles Location: North Hollywood, CA
Hours: 1-2 days per week, 10 hours per week (Actual Day is flexible)
Rate: $20/hour Unique and lively acting teacher looking for part time personal assistant, plus, graphic design and administrative tasks for acting school. Must be able to work a consistent schedule every week. Flexible day/time, possibly two days per week, 4-5 hours per day. Must enjoy working around cats. Please note this position is in a home office (with two sweet cats), in a private home, with an acting studio on the same property in North Hollywood, CA. This job is often times project oriented and will vary a lot - looking for an individual who loves a variety of tasks and wants to take on an imaginative challenge each day. Someone willing to do personal tasks and errands, but also willing to be imaginative and creative to brainstorm new ideas. Overview: This role combines general administrative support for a busy acting studio. You’ll work closely with Lauren to help keep the studio running smoothly, both on the ground and online. This is also a creative and collaborative role for a graphic designer and digital content creator who can bring Lauren’s brand to life through professional, engaging visuals for her acting studio and membership platform. Must have strong email, Canva, and internet skills, and MUST be tech savvy! Social Media & Promotional Content: Support visual consistency across platforms (website, email, Instagram) Design weekly carousel posts, reels covers, and story graphics for Instagram & website of student success stories, scene study promos, testimonials, and holiday campaigns.  Create branded templates for announcements, tips, and class offerings Organize and repurpose Lauren’s video content into short-form clips with captions Design flyers, graphics, and promotional content for outreach & website. Membership Content Creation: Design and format downloadable PDFs (journaling workbooks, meditations, CTA worksheets, etc.) Edit video footage for class insights, actor tips, and monthly themes Create monthly content assets, including video graphics, title cards, and thumbnails Collaborate on series like “6 Essential Questions for Actors” or BTS clips Administrative & Operational Support: Monitor and manage student communications and scheduling through email Set up and update monthly Zoom enrollments for online classes, which includes tracking and sending reminders for payments, attendance, and scheduling notices Maintain and organize digital and physical files Send out periodic announcements to the student body Help with small home-based studio tasks (lifting, loading water bottles, changing filters, etc.) Tech & Digital Support: Troubleshoot issues with Lauren’s Mac, iPhone, and Wi-Fi Perform software updates, run Time Machine backups Assist with Google and app connectivity issues Basic Creative Tasks: Update the website via Wix (content, bios, blog entries, new flyers) Create and send monthly email newsletters via Mailer Lite. Assist in filming behind-the-scenes clips or testimonials
