About Us: We’re a size-inclusive, sustainable women’s clothing brand based in Los Angeles, designing fashion that’s timeless, flattering, and ethically made. We’re growing fast—and now we’re looking for a Pinterest Ads specialist who can scale paid campaigns and turn pins into purchases. What We’re Looking For: An experienced, ROI-focused Pinterest Ads Manager who knows the platform inside and out. You should have a proven track record of running and scaling high-performing Pinterest ad campaigns for eCommerce brands—with a sharp eye for creative, a strong grasp of audience targeting, and a data-first approach to optimization. This is a long-term freelance role for someone who can take ownership of our Pinterest paid strategy and drive serious growth. Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and manage all Pinterest Ads campaigns (Conversion, Catalog, Awareness, etc.) • Create and test multiple ad variations (static + video) in collaboration with our creative team • Define targeting strategies, including interest, keyword, and actalike audiences • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS • Monitor and analyze performance, making real-time adjustments for better results • Report on performance weekly with clear, actionable insights • Keep up with Pinterest Ads best practices, trends, and algorithm updates Requirements: • Proven experience in managing Pinterest Ads for DTC or eCommerce brands (fashion a plus) • Strong track record of improving ROAS and lowering CPA through smart targeting + creative testing • Deep understanding of Pinterest Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and funnel strategy • Strong collaboration skills—you can work closely with creative and brand teams • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and responsiveness • Comfortable working with Shopify and GA4 for attribution Nice-to-Have: • Experience integrating paid Pinterest strategy with organic content • Ability to design or direct the creation of high-converting pins • Experience in marketing for fashion brands
