We’re a fast-growing wellness supplement brand expanding aggressively on TikTok Shop—and we’re looking for a hands-on content creator and community lead to supercharge our presence with original videos, engaging livestreams, and an energized creator network. Unlike traditional content manager roles, this position is highly creative and action-driven—you’ll be the face and engine behind our TikTok content, while also managing and scaling our creator community and live shopping events. **Your Role Will Be:** -Personally create 30 short-form videos per week for TikTok, using trends, hooks, storytelling, and product positioning that drive sales -Host TikTok Lives yourself or recruit, train, and manage additional live shopping hosts -Build, manage, and energize our creator community on Discord using gamification, contests, incentives, and bonuses to keep creators engaged and productive -Recruit and onboard additional TikTok creators to grow our content engine -Develop strong content briefs and creative directions for additional creators and hosts -Monitor TikTok trends and competitors, and quickly adapt content and community strategies -Keep a steady pipeline of high-performing, authentic content that converts ***We’re Looking For Someone Who:*** -Is a proven content creator with TikTok experience -comfortable both behind and in front of the camera -Thrives on creating content that sells without feeling like ads -Has experience managing communities, ideally with Discord or creator networks -Understands TikTok Live Shopping and is comfortable hosting Lives or managing other hosts -Knows how to motivate and organize other creators with contests, challenges, and gamification -Is proactive, resourceful, and able to juggle content creation, community management, and live streaming coordination simultaneously -Has a deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and the creator economy ***Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually*** Huge opportunity for growth as we scale TikTok Shop ***Important:*** To confirm you read the full post, start your cover letter by telling us your favorite color.
