Personal Assistant/Marketer for a Small Business


Now Hiring: Personal Assistant & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote or Hybrid – 10 hrs/week) Support a mission-driven therapy practice helping people heal from trauma and addiction. About the Role: Recovery Help Now, a thriving psychotherapy practice based in Los Angeles, is seeking a creative and highly organized Personal Assistant & Marketing Coordinator. This part-time role (starting at 10 hours per week) will support the founder in marketing and administrative efforts to grow the private practice and increase visibility online and in the community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health, wellness, and strategic growth—and who thrives in a self-directed, flexible, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a consistent social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Design and send a monthly newsletter using Mailchimp or a similar platform • Create and coordinate postcard/mail campaigns to targeted referral sources • Set up and manage Google AdWords campaigns, basic SEO and Google Analytics • Help develop and implement a broader marketing and outreach strategy • Assist with basic admin tasks related to marketing (scheduling, email follow-ups, etc.) Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, or administrative support (preferably in a wellness or healthcare setting) • Strong skills in Canva, social platforms, Google Suite, and newsletter tools • Ability to write in a warm, professional, and authentic tone • Self-starter with strong communication and follow-through • Familiarity with mental health or wellness industries is a plus Compensation & Hours: • Starting at 10 hours per week, with potential for more based on performance and results • Competitive hourly rate based on experience • Flexible schedule; remote or hybrid position (Los Angeles-based applicants preferred, but not required) How to Apply: Please send your resume, a brief cover letter, and 1-2 examples of past marketing content (e.g. social media posts, newsletters, graphics) to [your email address].
