Intake Specialist / Appointment setter - Incoming only
Hourly: $20.00 - $25.00
Looking for a remote intake/scheduler to take phone calls, mostly during regular business hours. The calls will primarily be potential clients looking to speak to an attorney about their family law case. The candidate will ask a few intake questions to determine eligibility and set up a consultation using Calendly. Must be available to answer phone, be in a quiet location, and have immediate access to computer or mobile device for scheduling on our calendar app and taking relevant notes. Experience with legal field, particularly family law a big plus. Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining CRM for following up with new potential clients.
