Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to join our cybersecurity and IAM team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, and a passion for driving secure, scalable identity solutions across the enterprise. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to support identity lifecycle processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), access requests, certifications, and governance. • Develop and maintain connectors and integrations between SailPoint and various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, Okta, AWS, Google Workspace, O365). • Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityNow features including rules, workflows, policies, certifications, and roles. • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and policies aligned with business and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with IAM architects, business stakeholders, and application owners to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance. • Maintain system documentation, technical diagrams, and knowledge bases for IAM tools and processes. • Monitor performance and health of the SailPoint platform and implement improvements for scalability and reliability. • Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001). ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow in an enterprise environment. • Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow features such as Identity Cubes, Lifecycle Manager, certifications, access reviews, role mining, and application onboarding. • Proficient in REST APIs, SCIM, and scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, PowerShell, JavaScript). • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, directory services, SSO/MFA integrations, and access governance. • Experience integrating with cloud and on-prem applications and infrastructure. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security best practices in IAM. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: • SailPoint IdentityNow certification (Engineer or Architect level). • Experience working with ServiceNow, Workday, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or Okta integrations. • Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Terraform in the context of IAM automation. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
